|  My family had been looking for 2 years for a home to purchase, we went thru 4 different real estate companies, and no-one could find us a home in our price range, nor could they find the kind of home we were looking for? We even had one real estate agent tell us that he wouldn't show us a house that we had found, because the commission wasn't enough for him to waste his time? Can you believe that? Anyway as we are ready to give up on real estate agents, I drive pass Exit Realty, wrote down their phone number called, spoke to Allen Kirkland, we explained what we were looking for. the price range, and can you believe in the first day, Allen had emailed me 5 different houses to look at? And believe it or not, one of the houses was the one that we had our eyes on from day one? Now what are the odds of that happening? We met with Allen, looked at the home and had a signed contract by day 3...Now how much faster could you have asked for a "signed"? Then we later found out that Allen had been our neighbor for the past 6 months?
